Submission of Papers

Proposals for papers should be presented with the following data and format: title in upper case letters, author/authors, indicating clearly who will be in charge of the presentation; affiliation or institution supporting the work, description of the topic by keywords, abstract (at most 250 words), results and bibliography, preferably using Winword 97/2000/2003, XP at New Times Roman 12 points. Deadline for submission will be September 30, 2009. Files should be sent to the conference addresses given above. In the case a full paper will be submitted the files should be compressed to a size less than one megabyte. Decision on acceptance will be made until October 15 by the program committee. LaTeX or PDF will also be accepted.
